Kristie Hunter studied Music Theory, History & Composition at the University of Western Ontario before deciding to re-enter the academic world for computer science. She continues to pursue her true passion in music as a performer, conductor, and composer in the Greater Toronto and Wellington/Waterloo Areas. Kristie has performed as a semi-professional musician in pit orchestras since 2006 and large community ensembles since 2004, covering a wide range of woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments. Kristie has participated in numerous workshops and contests and is delighted to take the next step in her music career with works being published at Highland Edge.
